1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons warm water
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon fish sauce or low-sodium soy sauce
I added extra chili sauce to it to give it more of a kick. :)
Then I made rice risotto to freeze for work lunches. I've got it down pat now, with a cup of gin (recommended by Kat at work), then a cup of white wine, then chicken stock. This one didn't have any meat in it, but I added garlic and a red chilli. And of course aborio rice, risoni, peas and cheese.
I made chilli too, also to freeze for work lunches. We'll have it on corn chips for dinner tonight too.
